I thought he retired. He should, or maybe go play in China.

If Melo was to play overseas how much do you think he’d average?

Isn't Jimmer a machine averaging 50 ppg in China...?

    Total free reign:

    In China: 80 - 100 ppg
    In Euro-Intl: 35 ppg - 40 ppg

    In a structured off:
    In China: 65 - 70 ppg
    In Euro Intl: 30 ish

Beasley only 63 pts. In an Allstar Game.

Problem is, no one cares about Melo. His accomplishments don’t stack up anywhere near Wade’s.

The game has completely passed him by, but hey, at least he’s not posting vids of him crying on Twitter.

Melo’s still better than 70% of NBA players when talking about skill level and talent, but when it comes to impact on winning, he’s near the bottom of the league.

he probably should’ve stayed in Denver...he could’ve gotten his jersey retired there...instead he chased the bright lights of NY...he went there and accomplished absolutely nothing

China is calling his name at this point...any team that’s serious about winning shouldn’t even think about picking him up

Oh, and a farewell tour? For Melo? Yeah, he can cut that out right now. He’s not loved like that, and he doesn’t have the accomplishments or accolades of a D-Wade. At best, he could’ve hoped for a big ceremony for his last game at MSG like Pierce got in Boston, but that would’ve only happened if he had done anything of note while in NY. He didn’t.

I hope he knows that he’s hurting Melo’s chances of landing on a team saying stuff like this, much less getting a “farewell tour”. Melo would be on a team and probably getting some love if he did what Wade did and stepped back into a supporting role as opposed to desperately trying to hold onto being a 20+ PPG scorer.

This is typical tone-deaf nonsense coming out of Melo. Nobody wants to sign you so you can have your vanity tour. You ain't Kobe. You ain't D-Wade. You ain't Paul Pierce. You don't get to have a "farewell tour" season. Nobody cares about you like that.

Melo and Jerry could team up in the Big 3 league.

Who would be the 3rd wheel?

Imagine Carmelo Anthony teaming up with Jeremy Lin in Big 3 next year.

Knicks need to just sign Melo. He will have them as the 7th worst team in the nba which is a really good formula in todays new lottery system.
