Hot Deal XBOX 360 with lots of games for sale or trade

guys, I just bought an xbox one and I am looking to sell my 360.

The 360 is modded and come with about 80 games, all of which can not be play online of course. The xbox will come with a 120GB HDD and a wireless controller in perfect working condition, i will also throw in a semi working wired controller.
Please keep in mind that you can never go online with the 360.

I am looking to sell all that for about $100 or trade for the following:
the kinect for xbox one
or
12month xbox one gold card AND xbox one wirelss controller.
