    Complete hypothetical

Edit: should have added more details. Wiggins is averaging 27ppg shooting over 50% from three and is only 21. Embiid is 22 and is putting up 18 and 7 in only 22 minutes a game. All i'm saying is those two combined have more potential than what harden by himself could bring to this team. It's clear so far this season that while Harden is easily one of the top 5 players in the league, putting up historic numbers, our team clearly is not on the same level as the elite teams in the west. I'm thinking long-term here, because realistically, we won't win a championship in the next 5 years without getting another top 15 player, the league is just too stacked right now.

Who are the jack arses that voted yes? This is bad for you OP... Harden is historical. He's on MJ, LBJ company in his abilities.

Nope. Both of those guys are going to get paid 20+ mil per by the end of next season. Demar Derozan jr and someone who everytime he falls down on the court you fear an injury.

Would need to throw in more than that. Throw in KAT and Simmons and a few 1st Rd picks and maybe I think about it before saying no.

Embiid's foot problems still a concern to me.

But still wouldn't trade a player posting historic numbers for a couple of upstarts.

I would trade 100 of my LIKEs for OP's Thread Starting Rights

Random trade thread in OPs 2nd post. His first post was "Seth Curry HYPE Thread" about acquiring him this summer.

If you can guarantee me they both progress to super star level and stay with the rockets. Yes. But you can't so no. I really like Embiid and Wiggins too, but neither are guaranteed to develop into half of what Harden is.

Would never take that risk when we have a superstar and plenty of time to put together a contending team around him.

James Harden redeemed himself from his Ames Frauen days. I wouldn't trade him for anyone right now

Honestly the way he is playing right now outside of Lebron and Durant I would not trade him for anyone. Maybe Curry but other then that hell no!
