Nah, too much egos IMO......if it was only Harden and Durant, maybe.

Durant is the only guy who was willing to defer/lessen his touches. WB was just not efficient enough.

 

Will it though? Kobe was extremely inefficient, and is still one of the most overrated players to ever pick up a basketball, even though people have had plenty of time to objectively evaluate him.

 

Kobe stans will always use his 5 rings as a last resort defense.

Meanwhile, Durant has certainly proven he can lead an already-champion team to the championship.

People rag on Harden's lack of playoff success, but I think he's done well compared to his Thunder buddies, with much less help.

I would consider trading Harden for Westbrook if they also would throw in their rookie starting forward, another promising young bench player or two and a couple of first round picks.
