If the parameters of a deal was centered around Clint Capela (with other minor moving parts I'm sure) would you accept a deal for Porzingis if you were our thicc General Manager?

yes, I would if the medical is looking right

hold him out this season to get completely healthy, and then finally give Harden a young running mate

KP is perfect next to Harden...he’s a dream big next to Harden...his rebounding sucks, but I can live with that

Rockets missing out on all these stars left and right leaving Harden to carry a bunch of role players for the foreseeable future...give Harden and D’antoni a KP and see what they can do

KP can even take over the franchise once Harden starts to decline

No, Harden needs an athletic pick-n-roll big who can play above the rim, defend and rebound. I wouldn't use KP at center anyway - he's better suited to stretching the floor as 4.

Would you trade a disgruntled bust for Porzingis though?

Can a mod change the title please.

    **** Dallas.

No Capela but if they wanted a PG, I would have given them Brandon Knight or Chris Paul. ;)

depends on the health situation. if both of them are fully healthy, Porzingis would have a higher ceiling. i'd take Porzingis over Capela.

I would not trade for Capela for Porzingis. His injury history far more worrisome.

When CF was even thinking about yes or no, Knicks already pulled the trigger.

You have to be decisive when it comes to trades in this league (like when Presti traded Harden), it seems most GMs are impatient and won't even think twice before moving someone given the chance.

    No. Capela's cardio is underrated.

The question is if we should bring DeAndre Jordan in after a potential buyout. With Faried looking great, youd think our minutes are set and the answer would be no... Could Morey cash Capela in for an AD rental? Add picks and whatever, then grab AD and then pick up DJ.

Of course that's too damn good to really happen, but the framework is there at least

    I vote yes.

KP wants QO. It helps to sign Rivers, Faried, and possible Mirotic.

    How is this a question?

If either DJ or Matthews get bought out, then IMO it is an easy yes that we try to sign them on the buyout market.
