Stuff like this isn't helpful...and it is stealing. I know the saying "A fool and his money are easily parted" but this is just dirty pool.

 

So now it's a thing to support people scamming money from the rival political party. Wow.
It doesn't matter who scammed what party. It's called being an ******* and she's committed fraud.

 

how did they catch her ? was she not enrolled in college to begin with? If you're going to scam you have at least close any loops.
What would have made this story even more TREMENDOUS would be if she had been previously enrolled at Trump U.

 

Once she was finally outed, she explained that it wasn’t stealing because Republicans aren’t people, to begin with.

Trump steals people's charitable donations all the time. She's more republican than she realizes.

 

It is only funny to the extent that some Republicans are so out of touch. They so adamantly want a token AA they can hold up as justification for their policies and claim they are not racist (no I am not saying all Republicans are racist/just like not all liberals are not SJW).

Having said that, it isn’t right. She was deceptive and took advantage of a situation. When Candace Owens comes out it is going to be nasty.

 

I don't see anywhere in the article where she was arrested or anything. Not stealing. It might be fraud. Definitely unethical. Also, not clear if she actually gets the $150k or if GoFundMe refunded it to donors.

The part that annoyed me about that sentence is that the journalist kept putting all these "[sic]s" in the quotes of the woman -- for a double comma and for lack of proper capitalization (lest we the readers think it was the journalist who made orthographic mistakes!) -- and then commits a massive comma splice blunder!

It’s a scam but like all scams it relies on some ignorance and being gullible.

Like the Nigerian price scam. It’s so stupid and yet people fall for it

 

That's basically stealing. Outright lies with the fake texts and fake story. Completely unethical.
