    He'd definitely break the rancorous ceiling, and rise to acrimoniously rancorous.

    It doesn't matter much where we are on the list. The Rockets will make their best offer for Jimmy Butler and see what happens.

    At this point we don't even know if TF would pay the max for Butler.

    The funny thing is that Butler would be a terrible fit for OKC. They already have no ball movement and a PG that has a massive ego.

    The Raptors have got to be in there too, but if Butler wants to be the man, that might not be a good spot for him. I could see him being a secondary star to Lebron, but not to other players.

    The one team that can't get Jimmy is the Warriors. They value Steph, KD, Klay and Draymond over him obviously. So their best offer would be Iggy + Bell + picks. Every team can trump that offer.

    The list was preemptively contracted so I doubt he would go and do a double contract, but rather just do a single new contract after this season with a team on his singly contracted list.

    I would do EG to Butler in a heart beat. First of all EG is soon to be up for an extension contract. We are in no way to pay him what he ask as a 6th man off the bench. That's just too expensive. Second, Melo will also be asking for a new contract too this summer and I am pretty sure other teams can offer what we are willing to pay him as well.

    So we are looking at potentially losing two guys for nothing. So getting Butler and paying him max is better than paying max to EG or Melo.

    Butler is only 29 and he will peak with Harden and we can build the team with those two along with Capela. CP3 have two good years left so we need to win now

    Lmao. Jimmy is really forcing the league to make him a star and someone to talk about. Just curious, y'all talked about PG13 and his elite O and D. Now saying the same thing about Butler. I haven't seen either of these guys play.... Who is the better player out of the two?

    Paul George is on another tier than Butler, IMO.

    My tiers:

    T1: LeBron, KD, Harden, AD, Kawhi
    T2: Curry, Paul, PG13, Kyrie/others alike
    T3: Butler, Giannis, McCollum, DeRozan/Westbrook/others alike
