    Just ran some stats:

    When Westbrook attempts 3 or less 3 pointers:

    15 games: 25.2 ppg, 8.9 rpg, 7.8 apg 51.6FG% Rockets record: 13-2

    When Westbrook attempts 4 or more 3 pointers:

    22 games: 25.4ppg, 7.6 rpg, 7 apg, 41FG% Rockets record: 11-11

    Basically, Westbrook's high level stats don't change all that much but when he lays off the 3 point shooting he's getting to the basket more (higher FG%) and the Rockets have performed better.

    Interestingly enough, if you change the line and look at games where Westbrook only attempts 2 or less 3s:

    10 games: 25.9 ppg, 8.8 rpg, 7.9 apg, 52.2FG% Rockets record: 8-2

    Yes, Tillman sucks and meddled. IMO we probably hold out and get him for Chris Paul and a single 1st rounder(it is a stars league and they were always going to accommodate him). But with that being in the past, I'm happy with how he has played.

    THIS...i was so stunned witnessing to that post that i immediately forgot all about it...rockets must be doing something good if they won over him.. on the other hand how much negative of the poster one must be to get criticized by J Sizzle of all people for being negative?!!

    Not sure if serious. Russ is doing heavy lifting in Houston on offense.

    Russ is averaging 27 PPG vs. CP3's 17 PPG.

    Russ is legit 2nd MVP that can take over games if Harden cold or out. As good as CP3 is now and even then, he is not capable of handling that offensive load.

    And this season is Russ's most efficient season ever, better than his MVP season even. And Russ is the only player since the great Oscar Robertson to average a triple double over course of a season, and Russ did it 3 consecutive seasons.

    CP3 has never been MVP, lead league in scoring or averaged triple double in a season.

    Russ has also taken Rockets from bottom of NBA in pace to the top. Russ has also allowed Rockets to become a 5 out team, for good or ill.

    CP3’s efficiency is killing Westbrook’s, he’s better defensively and has no top option to draw pressure off him like Harden.

    He has no top option to draw pressure like Westbrook yet is averaging 10 PPG less, less assists, less rebound and less PER.

    Westbrook > CP3

    I'd make that trade over and over again. This trade basically extended our window for at least 2-3 more seasons

    CP3 can’t compete with the Russ we’ve seen since the start of January who’s been averaging 32, 8, and 7 on 53% from the field and 58% TS...those are better numbers than his MVP season

    CP3 was better than early season Russ who was coming off offseason surgery, had messed up fingers, and insisted on taking threes...since he’s gotten healthy and adjusted his shot selection, it’s not close
