With so many Spanoulis threads? We wonder do you like him or hate him?

i'd like him more if people were more realistic about his process of becoming a good nba player. I was all over the coolaid after the summer games too, and when he was in the games for the rockets i rooted for him. He is an exciting player. that being said, he is still learning and not many rookie rookie euro combo guards come in and make an immediate impact. It takes time. Next year he should have significant improvement if he took the lessons he learned this past season to heart.

 

Why on earth would I hate the man?

 

We didn't play last season so you cannot say much about him. But i don't like him. He's turnover machine But I hope he'l be better and he'll help us

I didn't think he was very good last year (he sucked big, hairy balls). I am hopeful that he will work on the massive deficiencies in his game this summer and be a contributor next season. According to Luffy1's adorable little list, that makes me a hater.

 

Your poll sucks. While there is a vocal segment of people who are obsessed with how good Spanoulis is or is not, there are some people who neither think he's trash nor think he's the Second Coming. Where is the I'm Ambivalent option?

 

I think people get more agitated at certain fans' passionate love for him instead of him the player.
