Will the refs screw the Rockets even more in order to not have us in the NBA Finals

    The league does not want the Rockets in the NBA Finals, because that would mean that the NBA Finals will not even be televised in China. If you were the league you would do everything in your power to make sure that the Rockets are eliminated from the Playoffs as fast as possible.

    pretty sure the league has already decided that they want both LA teams in the west final, the winner will move on to beat whoever comes out from the east. they want a new LA dynasty after the worriers broke up..

    Meh, we're used to it by now. I want to see the Rockets overcome anything and everything as a big FU to everyone except the ones supporting them through good and bad times.

    Rockets v. Nets would be the best story for China.

    The Rockets beating the Nets will have a nice Miracle on Ice feel.

    Normally, I would say we get our usual shaft job x 100. But, the longer this goes on, I actually thinks this starts to work in our favor. With politicians, the American public (not just sports fans)...heck, the whole world watching...lots of light on us...It's out of Silver's hands (directives from upon high)...Just look at the last statement.

    Yes they will. Rockets may get 1 seed, but will lose in playoffs. NBA is all about the money.

    With all these politicians speaking out against the NBA, maybe the refs will help the Rockets in the playoffs so China can't even air the NBA finals with Rockets in them.

    To me that would be so hilarious and I'd love to see how the Chinese netizens react to a non-existent NBA championship run.

    Blame your wonder boy GM that had to insert foot in mouth without thinking...... Thought he was supposed to be a genius.... Which analytical formula told him this was a good idea? He is an idiot that has not delivered since day one. Not worth the stress, I'll be ok with him being fired.
