Harden is 6th in PPG, 10th in FGA. If Harden took as many shots as Westbrook, he'd average 36.3 ppg and would have a clear lead in the scoring race. Those people you talk to aren't all that bright. Time for new friends? I almost hope they leave Harden off the ballot and his only way to get retribution is to dominate in the playoffs all the way to hoisting the only trophy that really matters.
Harden will never win MVP in Houston, most of the voters dislike Houston Rockets for some reason. They are biased, just like they were last year when it came to all-nba voting.

A couple of years ago when Harden finished second behind Curry, Harden was in my opinion the more deserving choice, but let's not overlook how great if a season Curry had. Curry was a right choice, it's just that Harden was, IMO, the more right choice. This year- who knows? Still too early to tell. For me Harden has to be the favorite? GSW has too many stars, you could debate who's the most valuable on that team between Curry and Durant. OKC hasn't been a good enough team. LeBron has been having a good season but not as dominant compared to his standards. Harden does so much. I'm kind of tired of the Harden-Nash comparisons, but Harden controls our offense to a degree that hasn't really been seen since then. We will see how the rest of the season goes, but if the season ended today I'm not sure how you could not give it to him.

LOL @ NBA.com wasting all their introduction on the Warriors, they just cannot help themselves. It's hard to deny Westbrook, but Harden has to be it. They relied on Harden so much in 2015 and was still snubbed, so cannot give it to Westbrook now with the argument 'Rockets are a better team'..
