    This is about the Jazz game obviously, but didn't Westbrook point the guy out and they let him be? Security obviously is at fault so I'm wondering, who is in charge of security and the rules in particular about when they can kick a fan out of the arena? Is it up to the NBA? Each organisation? A certain manager in charge of the team's arena? Security company?

    utah's fault as a state. if not them, we can blame bspn, dallas, lerbon, and gsw (in that order).
