    I think it is probably LeBron but he hasn't really recruited big names so it is hard to prove. It could be argued that Wade and Pat recruited Bosh.

    Well, seeing as wade/Riley were the ones to bring LeBron and Bosh to Miami they have to be the clear favorite right?

    actually, I take that back. Currently it can't be wade as he just lost LeBron and is basically washed up... I would have to say Phil Jackson for now. I think he will be able to bring in the big fish starting in 2015 when they have cap room by letting Star/Bargs expire.

    Best "game speaks for itself"?

    LeBron James. I have never seen a player have as many players want to play with him as James.... not Olajuwon, Bird, Shaq, Jordan.... I guess it makes sense, James can literally do everything and he isn't selfish.
