I know I'm alone with this, but in my humble opinion the best center in the NBA right now might be Nikola Jokić. He is so underrated. People say he is bad at defense, but defensive real plus minus shows he is quite good http://www.espn.com/nba/statistics/rpm/_/sort/DRPM/position/9 He suffers because his teammates suck. Denver is the worst defensive team in the NBA according their own coach, but they are much better with Jokić on court. I'm also very impressed of this highlights and overall stats. Amazing number of assists and so few turnovers. He has the best advanced statistics among all centers in the NBA. Take a look at least first minutes of this video His overall impressive stats https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/j/jokicni01.html My second vote goes on Joel Embiid because he's one of the best 2-way players, amazing rim protector, energetic at offense and great 3-point shooter, Third vote on Boogie Cousins because he is sometimes unstoppable offensively. Karl-Anthony Towns is also one of the favorites, I guess. And Rudy Gobert, of course . There are so many great centers in the NBA right now
I cant believe you decided to start a thread about all centers not on the rockets just moments before Melo and Burt Steele predictions. Go away, we are on HIGH ALERT. F5
Potato Head. His scalp has a drag cofficient of 0 -- the smoothest surface possible like a baby's bottom. Also, all his mass is concentrated around his skull generating a dense black hole with a singularity at the center like a donut hole. Nothing can escape it.
Marc Gasol has the highest bbIQ. That's for sure. But I voted Rudy Gobert. Still can't believe Draymond stole defensive player of the year award from him this year..
Pool has limitation to 10 possible options, so I had to chose between Clint Capela and Dwight, and few years ago there was no doubt Howard was the best. Antony Towns : how about his defense? And the second problem is : why Minnesota Timberwolves was so bad having better squad than Denver Nuggets? Why Towns didn't help them be a little bit better?
