When Harden is being shaded or blocked out.
    When he not in the game . . . .. . .

I see EGO, Rivers, and Green bringing the ball up
Attempting to set up the offense
I am not overly shocked with the results

EGO - generally he about to make a shot for EGO - his Drive and Dish is not the most efficient
Rivers - seems to try but his shot is not strong enough .
Green - Erratic . .. the longer the play goes on the worse it will get
Knight - IS he even an option?

What is our offense? Our offense is give the ball to Harden and let him figure it out. Who else is qualified to run that?

Weird that I would pick Rivers right now. What a 2019 this has been

To get me a bucket on one possession? Eric Gordon. To run the offense for an extended period? Austin

probably EG and Rivers, only for short period of time tho.

If we're in a playoff series without Harden and CP3...we're in trouble.

Rivers and Gordon are capable stopgaps in the regular season.

Sure it is. The question is who do you trust to run the offense other than Harden/CP3 (on the rare occasion when he's playing). My answer would be no one; I don't trust anyone else to run it.

Of the remaining players, who do I mistrust the least? EGo, I guess, followed by Rivers. But when they "run" the offense I don't expect it to go well.

What I hate most is the lack of consistency. Last night I saw EGO and next RIvers, then EGO, then Rivers.

They switched each drive.. surely Morey can crack the numbers and see how inefficient that is. It doesn't allow one or the other to find a rhythm and it shows.

I'm not saying that they can't switch occasionally. I'm saying if Harden is out then have Rivers bring the ball up 75% of the time and EGO 25% or vice versa instead of a 50-50 split. You need a primary PG on the floor. You'll never find a rhythm when those duties are switched every single time up court.

Which offense are we referring to @Rocket River ? The offense that Harden and Paul runs (iso) or the one that MDA wanted to run before the iso-heavy system?

None. Last year I'd say EGo, but he's been trash this year.

Honestly, Rivers plays smart. He doesn't settle for dumb mid range shots. He can get to the rim pretty well. He's not a great passer but he generally is under control and knows his role. I'm cool with him as the 3rd guard.

Gordon never could run **** either, which was the whole reason we traded for Chris Paul after we wore Harden down in 2017 playoffs.

At this point... most likely none, but if i would have to put it in order it would be a something like this and it's toss up between Gordon & river for the go to guy.
    1. Gordon - but he's been the most inconsistent player we have this whole season. What he can do is take it to the hole all night long but he doesn't most likely because of knee issue & he doesn't really get the calls that most players do when he's foul. His shot is **** comes & goes like the wind.
    2. River - Most of the time he does his thing & try to create & look for open players for shots and he doesn't force it much.
    ..
    ...
    ....
Green - takes green light literally & chucks up everything he gets, even in garbage time he would chuck up shots once he gets the ball instead of letting the bench guys take a shot.
Knight - hasn't been playing much to be consider in the talk..

Interesting take. . . . .. Perhaps He should check into running it when Harden is off the court
If that would be the better result

MDA seems to trust Green to bring the ball up.
Once he passes midcourt. . . . . I have no idea what is going to happen

If he cannot get it to Harden . . .. . .nothing
Would like him to drive more

Gordon looks for his shot when he's trying to create. Rivers plays more of the traditional PG role.

    Still voted "none" though, lol.

If you aren't a threat to shoot or don't have the vision to pass well you can't run the offense.

That's why Paul and harden run it primarily. Rivers can't shoot and Gordon can't pass.

This offense was developed for Steve ****ing Nash!
