    knee is good, thanks for asking. they've got me on a bike, yesterday put me on the rowing machine, and did my first leg presses yesterday. So can't complain. Still don't have full extension though, I'm a couple of degrees off, but that should cure itself soon.

    5:45 tomorrow it is. We can toast to our newest Rocket . . . Carmelo Anthony. ;)

    I used to go by clippy, but it's been a rough offseason. Not to mention I was tired of getting bullied.

    And I'm no LOF I can't stand Jeremy Lin. I wouldn't let him make me fried rice. Maybe ramen but even that is pushing it.
