White House Exploring Genius New Economic Plan: More Stimulus...by cashing in your Social Security

Well, someone is going to have to do something to reverse the economic damage done by Democratic governors who locked down their states for no good reason.

59% of COVID deaths in the USA have been age 85 and up. Half of deaths have been at nursing homes or long term care facilities. This is a virus that impacts the elderly and those with extreme pre-existing health problems. A blanket lockdown is not effective strategy. We need a targeted strategy that protects the vulnerable (elderly/sick). The best stimulus is reopening America. We should do it immediately.

The mortality rate isn't the issue as morbid as that sounds. It's the hospitalization rate which is around 5-10% that is the issue. No social distancing practices would have meant running out of ICU beds.

 

They've been pushing for a payroll tax cut which would harm Social Security so this is no just the next step.

 

This administration is just so damn corrupt. Let's bail out big businesses, allow the USPS to go bankrupt, let SS and Medicare die a slow death along with a portion of the country because we don't give a ****, but hey highest ratings ever!!!

This is tactically stupid, and Trump knows better. He ran in 2016 on PROTECTING Social Security. He was lying about his Bernie with Racism platform, but still. It at least shows he knows what people want to hear.

 

Which states were still holding massive 20+ thousand people events like NBA and MLB games? Which states didn't recommend social distancing?

Are you taking into account factors such as population density? Because yes, a state like Montana would have to practice less social distancing than a state like California or New York.

You are doing the coin practice of assuming that the doomsday scenerio didn't happen, that means social distancing doesn't work. Do you understand the backwards logic here?

 

Also the fact that Biden isn't showing ads daily on how Trump is trying to kick millions of people off their health insurance, and take away pre-existing conditions right now as we speak is a huge flaw in the Democratic party & Joe Biden's campaigning abilities. They truly are the underdog if they don't have the funds to jump on that catastrophe of a strategy.

The best part about this post above is that the virus has difficulty transmitting in outdoor environments and is quickly killed by sunlight and humidity... making the beach one of the safest places you can go. On the other hand, the subways, which are still running in NYC, are prime locations to transmit the disease.
