    The media LOVES Russ. There is nothing he can do badly they won't rationalize. Since he is a Rocket, I guess I should be happy.

    I really hate how Perkins thinks Russ is the reason Harden is doing so well because everyone doesn't want to let Russ down foolishness. It diminishes the work Harden does in the lab.

    the media does NOT love russ at all as far as sports journalists. former players typically praise him because they feel like he is a guy they can go to war with.

    its simple. if u just say both guys are equal.

    1 is younger
    1 is less injury prone

    i just dont under stand it

    perkins is one of the biggest hater around. May be due to him not having any real talent and having to rely on being a hater to stir the pot.

    Russ has been able to do things CP3 just couldn't do .... That starts with staying healthy (knock on wood) and beating people off the dribble and helping a poor rebounding team on the boards.

    CP3 looks to be healthy now .... and is the better shooter but I think we're all waiting for the other shoe to drop .... err Hammy to give out.

    So far I call it even. Ask me again at seasons end.

    While you're technically correct (both teams would have been 27-11 after 38 games), that team also went on an insane 17 game winning streak soon after that. If this team has that kind of performance in front of them, the rest of the league better watch out.

    Too early to tell. It's much easier to drop CP3 onto a team with no other real stars and turn him loose than it is to integrate Westbrook into a team based almost entirely around a superstar like Harden.

    Ask again after the All-Star break.
