It's too bad that Trez is a RFA. DeMarre for a low first rounder and a second rounder in exchange for Ryno if that works, would be fine with me. No to Dekker, Beverley's injury history is too risky. We need a healthy backup for Chris Paul. Melton might be able to cut it by the end of the year. Hence the need to target Tyreke.
Courtney Lee. He would awesome as the fourth guard. Consistent, plays good defense, and can hit the 3.
Covington, seems like we were a bit too early to scrap that experiment and he would be great on this team. He's my "Scola" if I was a Spurs fan. Passing on Kawhi is right up there for me on could-have-beens though. That was my guy before the draft and was praying that his name would be called after Phoenix got the first Morris. I was like Yes! his brother is worse, no way he goes right after the good one. Then my heart absolutely sank and I turned off the draft... To be fair, I never thought he'd develop that kind of shot and finish ability and become the best 2 way player in the league. I honestly thought he could at least be a pesky Bruce Bowen or Raja Bell for us...
