These are the big man rotations (or possible big man rotations) of possible playoff teams in the West.

Are there any big man rotations in the West that would win a 7-game series matchup going against a proposed Dwight/Bosh/DMo rotation? This is based on a sign-and-trade of Bosh that allows the Rox to retain DMo. And I threw in Love to Golden State just for kicks.

    Discuss.

D-Mo is useless right now until he improves. We have no depth.

    Jordan/Griffen/Hawes will be a b****.

Love/Bogut/Speights/Ezeli is nothing to sneeze at either.

Asik and Anthony Davis with Ryan Anderson will be deadly if Davis doesn't keep getting hurt and Asik is done sulking.

Asik Davis and Anderson is the most versitile, and Davis is getting better and better every season.

    Why not Dwight/Bosh/Jones?

    D-Mo? Where's Jones?

There's some pretty strong rotations there, and Howard/Bosh are playing 2-on-3.

Thought I'd be the only one to pick Asik, Davis, Anderson. I was wrong, but dang, that is a nice looking threesome. Add an All-star PG to that (and Tyreke and Gordon), this team could be really really good if healthy.

IMO Adams/Ibaka/Perkins is the weakest of the options.

Any lineup with Duncan. World champs. Enough said.

If you want to substitute Jones in there for DMo or alongside DMo that's fine. I think one (or both) of them are likely gone. I simply stuck DMo in there to have a 3rd big. I actually think we could get a better 3rd big in free agency with guys like Darrell Arthur, Ed Davis, Chris Andersen, Jordan Hill, Charlie Villanueve, Kevin Seraphin, Kris Humphries, or possibly even others like Carlos Boozer available as a 3rd big pickup for either the minimum or a piece of whichever MLE we have available.

So...fill in your 3rd big for the Rox with whoever is reasonable..a big that can be acquired and paid somewhere between minimum salary and $2.7 million per year.

Pelicans' rotation. Although that's ignoring perimeter players- putting us, the spurs, warriors at a disadvantage. Mavs probably have the weakest.

Pretty hard to say who would win a 7-game series when you're only looking at half of each team's starters.

Not talking about winning the series. Talking about winning the big matchups in a series.

I would've chosen this if Asik had better hands.
