Justin.tv, from there it isn't as easy as it used to be, but if you check the Rockets links, there are links inside those games and about 1/2 usually show Rockets game without having to DL anything.
Yeah check the game thread sticked up top. Though check atdhe.net and sometimes channelsurfing.net though sometimes neither are of the greatest quality and/or lag.
I moved outside the US last year in March. For the playoffs I used justintv and it worked great. But this year, all of a sudden it was just slow and unreliable. So I decided to buy league pass (Granted, I think outside the US it is a lot cheaper...). I really think it is the best option.
