now that i have an upgraded rig...time to start diving into some games. whats everyone playing? i know clutchfans has a steam group but post your steam ID's or ubisoft ID's and i'll start adding. dead by daylight is a lot of fun...prob be on that for a bit...also picked up siege and the division.
was just reading up on diablo 3...i was never a diablo guy. played a ton of SC and SC2 there for awhile. sounds like a diablo 4 may never come? or if it does they're gonna make it micro transactiony? you play anything on steam? i just picked up dead by daylight thats a really fun game.
Blizzard is working on several Diablo projects right now, just announced III vor Nintendo Switch. Pretty sure they'll advertise IV at BlizzCon this year, might be coming 2020 or so. Unlike Starcraft, the story isn't over (Diablo is set free after you kill Malthael) and the franchise has always been a cash cow. Used to play GTA V on Steam but deinstalled some time ago, so nothing to see here. Maybe I'll reactive my account some time later. Watched some Dead by Daylight on YouTube, looks fun. Enjoy!
I'm pretty much a blizz guy these days. Heroes of the storm (a lot), overwatch, some diablo3, hearthstone (only when I'm at work...so more than a lot). Been thinking of the new WoW expansion, but I was underwhelmed with the previous...why waste the money if it's just about the same ? :/ I play Fortnite with my kids online after work. It's amazing what a 4 year old can learn in that game. She actually won 1 battle royale game...by shear luck...but she won. Good times ...
i was curious about MOBA's so d-loaded SMITE....didnt go well...but started researching the other MOBA's....Heroes caught my eye because of blizzard but also it seems to be centered around the casual/newbie. don't have to worry about what items to choose. i've been playing a few games here and there...enjoying it so far
The newest iteration of Quake called Quake Champions. It's free to play on Steam. A ton of fun. Every month it gets patched/updated with new characters with unique abilities / maps / weapon skins etc.
I just saw some let's plays of Last Year: Nightmare and it looks awesome. Kinda of like Left 4 Dead mixed with Friday the 13th and Dead Island. 1 v 5 Asymmetrical action survival horror with traps, crafting, roles, etc. Closed beta just ended, looks very polished and a lot of fun.
overwatch but on console Played HoTS for a bit, but got bored. Not as good as LoL to me. Wish I could play LoL again, but just no time.
