Collision Course: Jay-Z and Linkin Park

what about you guys? Any good complete albums?

Disturbed's 'The Sickness' album, the entire thing, is my workout mix.

I don't really have any specific work out music, but the music they play at the UH rec center is just downright horrible. They played Avril once I was there. It's always a good idea to bring your own Ipod or whatever whenever you go there.

Any type of upbeat music as well as classic hard rock/heavy metal music by people like Black Sabbath, Cream, AC/DC, and Led Zeppelin.

I was thinking about the same thing, cept I never worked out to this. Just thought this would be an awesome song to jog to or something.

When I'm working out at home, I've listened to this several time, but always end up singing along and choreographing a dance to this song. Good song tho.

Listen to the conversations of the douchebags around you talking on their cellphones about their deltoids, then go stand next to that lady on the cardio machines who yells into her cell about the clothes she's gonna wear tonight for her entire 10-minute workout.

I can't remember the cd, but Prodigy was great to work out to back when I was actually working out. I rode the stationary bike and stairmaster like a mad man when listening to it.
