16-16 :grin: I'm hoping a Yao (Friday) Return topped by an AB Return soon after will light a fire in the bunch and they finish 11-4 the rest of the way.
It's possible, but not likely. We do have a bit of an easier schedule in December. But of course, we've gotta play much better defense if we're gonna be 11-4 in December. I think we go 8-7 at best in December with a 13-19, which i dont think is too bad considering 4 and 5 game losing streaks..
I say 5 wins and we lose the rest of the games through January. If we're lucky we just might win one game but it wouldn't surprise me if we didn't. This team needs some changing. Time to spend and improve or just blow this team up.
I came up with 13-19 and that is with questionable wins at home against Cleveland and Memphis. Cleveland is no push over but have come down to earth recently and Memphis came off beating the Lakers but can be streaky. Remember a couple of things, Yao's return is nice but he will need time to get back into shape and the questions of his time limit and back to back situation will be a black cloud over the team. If the record is 13-19, the Rox would need to finish 37-13 to reach 50 wins and assure themselves a playoff spot. To reach 47 wins and battle for the 8th seed with Portland, Phx and Memphis and GSW, they would need to finish 34-16...both would need impressive, if not unrealistic, turnarounds to the season. Last year, finishing 8th would have been a moral victory however this season it would pretty much be a disaster as the team wouldn't get a high pick unless NY sinks or a major trade is made for the future.
How many times have I said that this season? probably five times after each win only to be dissapointed.
