What will Inside the NBA Hate on Harden for Tonight?

They can't play D, they can score a lot of point but can't play D. Harden scored 30 but he let Klay Thompson go off for 40. They'll be a top 6 seed but won;t get out the first round until they start playing D.

Inside the NBA is garbage these days. It's too full of its own hype. I loved that halftime show and somewhere in the past 5 years it became more about spectacle and exaggeration than insight and information.

 

They will mention that he flops and plays a "cheap and gimmicky" style of basketball. I won't doubt that they say those exact words.

 

Other than the shooting what's to like about the warriors?

Green, dirtiest player in the game. Klay, smug AF. Curry, show off. Durant, pansy who needs a super team. Only won a ring because half the league was hurt. 3-1. Seriously? Are they THAT golden?

 

Harden makes too many baskets.

He makes playing basketball look too easy.

Harden isn't trying hard enough (finishes with 28/9/8).

He hogs the ball too much. He doesn't play D. His turnovers. They are first round and out.

If James' stat line: 34pts, 14 assists, 8 FT attempts

TNT: Harden not aggressive enough, deferring to his teammates too much. He should be at around 45pts/game and 6 assists/game. 8 FTs is too many, he flops too much.

If Jame's stat line: 45pts, 8 assists, 6 FT attempts

TNT: Too much hero ball, too much "sticky ball". Needs to involve his teammates. He flops too much.

 

I only care if we win or lose, this generation of fans care about social media likes more than actual NBA wins.

 

He isnt good enough to lead his team to the finals on his own (after playing a game against 2 former MVPs.)

All offense, no defense. Curry plays both sides of the court. Harden only looks good because of MDA's system. Same crap.

 

jealousy of a guy that has been very durable and the hate is all about them not understanding the appeal harden has to the current generation.

Harden in a strange way represents the tech driven youth that learned to exploit areas that people do not traditionally see. IE: Uber's distruption of the taxi market. Airbnb on Hotels. Hardens has distrupted the BBall players traditional view of how to score/play view on Super stars/ etc.

People hate what they do not understand and fear that they are no longer relevant.

 

It will annoy me, but If Rockets some how pull out a win, it will be sweet music to me ears.

On of my favorites is: Harden putting up big assists numbers is inflated because he has good shooters.

TNT has to realize sodium kills, right?
