First the ball should be passed up the floor rather than dribbling it up the court. This should be done whenever possible.
The Point Guard is the playmaker and he should follow the Coaches instructions, as should all players on the court. The Center acts as a pivot, he attempts to score if he is open, or he passes the ball to an open man who is in a shooting position. If this man is prevented from shooting the ball is passed on to the next open shooter or even back to the Center, who has repositioned himself for a better shot attempt. Moochie would never play in our game, Mobley would pass every time he was covered and would only take high percentage shots. Steve Francis if playing the two Guard would have to get himself open to be an option, his speed cutting to the basket would be very effective. James Posey would be the leader of our up tempo game installed by the new Head Coach.
Eddie Griffin would find his true calling and become the top rebounder/blocker in the NBA.

    Motion O, fast breaks & all-out hustle D.

Eddie Jordan and Jason Kidd should be the Rox top offseason priority.

Then trade SF to Detroit for the no. 2 pick. Draft Darko.

Then convince Mourning to back up Yao, or play PF.

Then duplicate the Nets & the Kings game plan of the last few years.

which game plan would that be?

the one where they collapse against the former champs for the 800th time?
the one where they get swept?
the one where their best player gets injured and their overrated and ****ty pg shows his true colors and they lose?
