CF wasn't around then but wasn't a fan of Ralph for Sleepy & JBC. Thought it was the worst trade ever. Coming off the first Championship didn't like moving Otis for Clyde either. Although we eventually lost Max, it turned out alright. Trading Moses... Worst missed opportunity - Ralph for Clyde and rights to pick Jordan...

He was fine while he was still drinking. It was quitting that tanked his game.

I have so many. I thought Danny Fortson would be a superstar. Next year it was Marcus Fizer. I loved the trade for Eddie Griffin. I thought Royce White was a great pick. I thought MDA was a bad hire. I'm sure there are more.

I thought JVG would be a better hire than Dantoni :-/

Extremely dumb opinion that the harden trade was bad for us at first. Very little I knew that will go down as probably the greatest trade in the franchise history and probably in the top 7 or 8 best trades in NBA history

Keith Van Horn would be better than Tim Duncan.

I think it was just wishful thinking after the Spurs drafted him.

Thought we’d rue the day we passed on Jordan Hamilton. Then, after acquiring him, thought he’d be KD lite. Then, after a stellar preseason, tripled down and thought he’d be an all star....

Whichever one you wanna place over the other.... it was all bad...

Please tell me you still have that letter! I'm sure it's comedy gold.

I felt the same way -- I was hoping that his size and versatility would make him something like a Caron Butler-lite

I was convinced that Vassilis Spanoulis would be an impact player for us. Not necessarily a "worst" opinion, but definitely an incorrect one. To be fair, he may have gotten a raw deal from JVG, as V-Span wasn't ever going to succeed as a catch-and-shoot player.

After reading his ESPN the Magazine profile, I also thought that Ariza would be able to shoulder the burden of being a #1 scoring option. His first Rockets stint was frustrating to watch.

Vasilis Spanoulis would be the next Steve Nash. WTF was I thinking?

Thought Rony Seiklay would suck ass, but he actually had a decent career.

i thought the russell westbrook trade was a travesty and that we wouldn't win anything with him.

    also thought tillmen was cheap

I thought Stromile Swift was going to make a big impact with the Rockets.

    What a disappointment.

For me, that’s an easy one.

I loved the Matt Maloney contract extension.

No defense, even if I was high(which I probably was) still no defense on that one
