I agree, but it does make it difficult to read the threads since there are so many replies due to the incredible post volume. If you could somehow get everyone on board then it would be great.

Did these guys really get banned longer than the resident troll did, @Clutch?

I think it's time to let them back in -- what they "did" pales in comparison to the guy you let back.

I don't think many people would be against letting at least some of those highly toxic posters back in and giving them a chance at redemption so long as they are repentant for what they did, perhaps that's the stumbling block here.

    Forgive and forget.

We all need to move on and put this pettiness behind us.

Speaking as a part-time infrequent lurker now, you're absolutely correct, and he also seems to be returning to previous form, more snotty and needlessly confrontational. No surprises -- leopards and spots. But the volume and repetition are the primary sins.

Between him and new-basso, the D&D seems more easily avoided than ever.

Which is exactly what anyone that posts in the D&D knew would happen. Just a few minutes ago he made a post about how great he is at apologizing.

funny, some people might think the tone of the D&D has greatly improved lately. There's no accounting for taste.

Agreed, the D&D is a lot less toxic right now than it was not that long ago. Though to some, what they are upset about is not legitimately toxic behavior, they are upset about merely seeing viewpoints they don't agree with. They actually support toxic behavior so long as it is aimed at anyone and everyone who disagree with their political opinions.

I don’t think either of the posters in the OP went into the D&D much.

We/You/Us can continue venting in this thread if we/you/us like, but don’t you find it ironic that the only one, who’s opinion truly matters, has not posted ONCE in regard to lifting the bans??

Clutch’s silence speaks volumes!! If he hasn’t responded yet, that means he has his reasons. I can’t emphasize enough that we need his permission to play in in his playground! No amount of “I think this” or “I think that” is going to cojole him into doing something he doesn’t want to do!

There is only “one” person you definitely don’t want to antagonize....hope you’re smart enough to figure out who that one person is....

For someone who is neutral and "doesn't have a horse in the race" you sure can't stop poking your nose in here.

Also, if someone could find the highly toxic posts by Yung or Don and quote them here it would be much appreciated.

    So just to be clear:

Calling another poster’s disabled child “retarded” is not a bannable offense.

Trying to ask why certain members were banned is a bannable offense?

Just want to get these rules straight. Is asking too many questions a bannable offense?
