    You have to take the styx quiz and score at least 85/100 I think.

    I still haven't made it, the questions on Hakeem's favourite snacks and underwear were absurdly difficult.

    I don't think he filled out the 3b-2. You gotta fill out the 3b-2. Why does everyone always disregard the 3b-2 when it specifically states that upon completion and return of the form, you will be provided the link to take the styx quiz.

    Just follow instructions people.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but every since the website updated you must complete both form 3B-2 and form W7-2a. Consult with your CPA or legal council before attempting to complete these forms. You will need thier assistance.
