PJ Dozier is the most underrated player this year. He has size, he has speed & he can defend. That's way more than you can expect from a second round pick. Jayson Tatum is projected to go top5. But I don't buy on that, I just don't like his game. He is my pick for the biggest bust of the top draft selections this year. I'd call Josh Jackson a future all-star, just for the record.
#43 - Thomas Bryant 6'10", 240lbs 20 years old Averaged 13 and 7, while shooting 56/38/73 #45 - Alec Peters 6'9", 225 22 years old Averaged 23 and 10, while shooting 52/37/89
Sindarius Thronwell is, IMO. His problem is, he's almost 23. Absolute lock down defender. Play maker. Gifted physically. SEC player of the year.
Love this guy! He's going to play in the league for a very long time, although probably never as a star.
What do you not like about Tatum? He's a young skilled SF who can create his own shot. I see him being a Rudy Gay type player.
well since we want to maximize cap space... if we keep those picks they will probably be used on some eurostash.
Everyone in the current starting lineup has 4 or 5 vowels in their name. I would keep the vowel content limited to that range specifically.
Any more Currys instead of Fury? Someone with a Top 6 potential that falls to us. Can't wait for what happens in the Top 10. Dominoes will fall.
Correct my if I'm wrong, but isn't Morey's preference for 2nd rounders to get a guy who has one elite skill and hope he can develop a game around that skill? I think we'll draft a guy like that. Unless there's some guy who unexpectedly falls and Morey believes him to be much better BPA than all others. To recap: I haven't really said anything in the post that's at all useful, but it's vague enough that no matter what we do I can reference this post and say, "See! I told you so!"
Rooting for Damyean Dotson. Real concern there is that he is challenged taking over a game and demanding shots. And he has a hard time with driving, stopping, and shooting, much like Ariza, as he is often blocked. But as far as his will to take over it often reminds me of Harrison Barnes, sporadic. Glad to hear he was passing well at the combine, but do not see him as a playmaker at all. Does have an NBA frame and NBA shooting.
Who gives a fucc about a pick at a time like this?! I don't want to pick, I'm scared to death! Quick, someone find Ja Rule so we can make sense of all of this Where is JAA
Haven't seen much of Brogdon to say. But I have seen enough of Sindarius to know he'd be a GREAT spark off the bench. The type of backup you can put out there and just let him create against the opposing team's bench guys. 6'5". Long range and can attack the rim. Active on both ends. He averaged 21 and 7 and led a butt South Carolina team all the way to the final four. I'd be ecstatic if we got him somehow. He's a perfect fit. A 6'5" Beverly.
