What Adjustments are seriously need for Game 4.

It seems like the elite spacing we've seen all season has been somewhat lost these past three games.

But that really wasn't the issue with the game 3 loss. The horrible defense and allowing all forms of penetration from Rose and Teague cost the game.

 

Coaches & players agree: They need to seriously come out & play hard.

 

Make shots. Play a 5 out lineup woth anderson at center at points.

In the regular season we looked really good against them with that lineup

 

I'm kind of in the start Anderson camp. Tucker really does seem to be affecting the starters' scoring

 

Anderson needs to shoot 3s more, really ridiculous that he does that stupid pump fake/low percentage drive whenever he lacks the confidence. The rest of our "shooters" is shooting like garbage, Anderson shouldnt be worried about his shooting percentage, just shoot if u open.

 

When you throw the ball, do it in a manner which will cause it to go through the cylinder.

 

Don't let them shoot butt naked 3's

Maybe cover it with some linen

 

I am ok with Capela being one on one with KAT

The Rockets assumed they would win if they kept it close. Even when they fell behind late it seemed pretty obvious they assumed Harden would just win it.

If the Rockets give effort, the series is over in 5.

 

1. Designed action to get Gordon and all the other role players better shots than the ball coming in hot off the P and R 100 percent of the time.
2. Start Gordon for Tucker.
3. Use Anderson as back up center
4. Defense
5. Ball and body movement on offense.

 

An attempt to play playoff basketball, whatever the hell that means.

I guess if you're of the theory that Gordon will mean revert very soon, this makes sense.

Otherwise he's kinda sucked so far with a 3.7 PER. That's dismal.

I felt like we didn't use CP enough last game

 

We need to stop doubling as much, it creates open shooters, and their offense doesn't have enough movement to create open shots otherwise. If they want to go iso 2's, let them, they'll never score enough that way.

Repeitive doubling just led to them expecting it, it needs to be random so the offensive player doesn't know what he's going to be looking at.

 

Ariza and Tucker is always why we have a slow start. It needs to be improved.

 

Play luc mbah richard a moute or we are gonna be tied.
Let him play exclusively for defense, no shooting or dunking.
Rehab on the go while still maintaining his stamina and to keep him in game shape.
