You mean to tell me we can't find someone better at the minimum? Tjones did help us beat the clippers in that epic comeback where harden choked like usual in the playoffs. But still....

The rockets were betting against themselves. They promised I assume to give Paul that contract. They then realized that Paul was done and that wasn’t going to change. To get out of that contract and not have Harden a better chance at winning when he is putting up 36ppg but still not winning it all. There was no out. Otherwise Harden wants out etc at some point and you go into a full rebuild. Or the last pick In the draft. It all sucks.

Or it’s all great. We have a great new pg coming in. We have new unis with mustard. We have shooters coming in and we should be a better rebounding team. There are so many positives about this coming season. I’m pumped!

The future picks are true value I don’t know if they will be any good but they might and there not ours anymore but the pick swaps I highly doubt get used imo.

And your prob right I don’t think the rockets have to give up picks for Russ if cp3 was on the last year of his deal.

I think cp3 is a better fit and he might even have been this coming season but imo no way he is good after next season and even that is a stretch.

    I wish cp3 was 3 years younger I’d imagine he’s still a rocket.

But I do think Russ and Harden will be fine I’m just worried about what the playoffs with those two will look like, but I do think they will win a ton of regular season games and have a legit shot at the 1 seed.

    Playoffs are my thing...

I can’t shake the fact that Westbrook has been outright bad the past 3 years in the playoffs.

First seed gives you a better shot at a championship

I love me some Terrence Jones, but that slow release makes me cringe. Fk it MAX him and trade Harden .

He is a good playmaker....if this translates to nba its game over...rockets could be lethal with playmaking 4 or 5

My God, that is the worst pro ball I think I've ever seen. Jones looks slow as hell too.

Wasn't he a PG at one time?

He looks good (but slow) in these highlights, but what we really need from him is defense, rebounding and knock down the 3, then he might cement a spot in the rotation.

For real. He looked faster when he was here. I guess speed is the 1st thing to go after stomping someone.
