Rice is actually playing some solid defense and keeping UTEP from running the ball. 14-13 piche Owls in the second quarter.

The first was a horrible pass, the second was simply a ball that was dropped by the wr and flew into the db's hands. Texas can get back into this game if they can score on this drive after the missed FG.
