But but but... Zhou Qi is a future defensive player of the year with a higher ceiling than Capela... right!??!

    I’m not hating on House
I know he’s from Texas and that means something
    However
We shouldn’t overrate them because they get open shots

He’s definitely not worth more than Faried and Rivers

Bro he’s the real deal. Every time I hear “is he still gonna be able to be good”

He did good, was out from the team for 2 months and was integral in the wins he played in. He isn’t like those other scrubs

Faried did good too and he’s proven in the past as a borderline all star
I’m not too high on g league players who come up and want big contracts

With CP3 and Harden on the team, you get open shots. For some odd reason House is the only one who can hit open shots consistently. I dont like t overrate House, because it is annoying, but it's foolish to say his skill set isn't invaluable to the Rockets system.

if Rivers, Shump and PJ could just hit wide open shots, Clutchfans wouldn't be planing a statue to House in front of Toyota Center

Let's see how far this goes, Rivers, Shump and PJ have playoff experience which counts for something

The thing with House is this...He’s young. He’s athletic. He defends. He hits 3’s. He plays within his role. He literary does everything, EVERYTHING, the Rockets ask their SF to do alongside Harden, and for whatever reason, was not deemed worthy of paying up for. Meanwhile we trade multiple assets for Iman Shumpert.

And yes...I know the luxury tax implications of why that was done, but it doesn’t make it any less maddening.

As annoying as it will be here if it happens, I hope House emerges as a playoff stud. I'm encouraged since he is playing for a contract. Also The two plays in the Suns game, when he chases a player going for layups after a TO, shows me he wants it.

Kelvin Cato shows me he wanted 'it' too, so did Chandler Parsons.

Valid, but Parsons was looking for $15M per year. House was looking for anywhere above the minimum. Big difference.

Danuel House acting like a brat over money is pathetic. Gerald Green over here playing for pennies.

This guy Should be glad Rockets even gave him a chance. I didn’t see other teams doing so

Prove yourself throughout the season then you get paid. That’s how everybody else has to do it

Some guys fit a team really good if you put the same player on another team they look horrible. Danuel House for right now knows his role and does it very well. During the Warriors game Doris Burke mentioned how valuable he is to the Rox on national TV. Now how many G league players draw that type of attention if they are scrubs.

House being good or not is one question.
Being pumped about a win over PHX is something else. And it's not impressive. And that what annoys people. You think beating PHX is an awesome accomplishment. That's messed up. It's not an awesome accomplishment.

house has been consistent...on both ends...on a contending team....while being jettisoned into the starting lineup. The kid has stepped up lets not undermine all his hardwork
