Wow these clippers are all chockers. Four years in a row and being chickens in the decisive moments. Jazz win this in 6. At least they have a 10% chance of beating GS. Clippers have 0,1%.
Is Chris Paul really going to end his career as a big time loser with the Clippers for the money? I'm not sure tbh...seems like he really wants to win, and he'll never do that in L.A.
This Clippers team has to be one of the biggest chokers in the history of the league. Once again. had a big lead and then couldn't score in the 4th.
the jazz are the BIGger threat to the gsw now so i hope they win. there are going to be some nice free agents coming out of LAC looks like Gordon Hayward is going to stick with the jazz
yea just checked, still think its a pipe dream. he does not seem like the guy who cares as much about winning to the point where he would be willing to take a backseat to harden. A lot of guys have egos and like being no 1
Same here, there've been some rumors about that, and if you think about it...eh, they would be scary with Paul instead of Parker.
Imo it'll be Boston or Utah, hope it's Boston so the Rockets will have a better chance with George...maybe.
The Clippers are such a tease...Besides, true NBA fans dont want to see the destruction of the Clippers against the Warriors. The Jazz and physical style of play is a threat to GSW...and they are well coached. It would be a far more interesting series with them. Really hope that the Clippers lose game 5 and 6. In regards to Paul..this is a must win series for him and his legacy. CP3 has been CP0 in the post season. Fair or not Paul has NOT delivered in the postseason.
In the end i can kinda see Blake staying there, for the money, because of L.A...but Paul (and same for Redick)? This is his last chance to be on a great team, and he knows how his career is seen at this point, the more i think about it the more i see him bolt this summer.
how is it that iso joe has generally had such a crappy career. the guy seemingly can't miss in big moments. i mean he straight up took over a playoff game like it was nothing. making fadeaways, bumping people off, jumpers everywhere. then just set up teammate after teammate (hey doc, 3 is more than 2). jazz seemingly hit 10 straight shots. and yeah, paul to san antonio makes too much sense. paul is a competitor, pop will like that. he's efficient and smart, pop will like that. they need an injusion of talent, paul works. and they need a starting point guard. paul fits perfectly. defense would be ridiculous.
he's kinda like tmac. his numbers in the playoffs are great. he tends to just barely lose series. lots of circumstances seem to work against him. sometimes not even the same circumstances. but certainly injuries are a common theme. you "feel" like he doesn't come through at big moments/big games, but it's probably just because no one else ever comes through to help him, or he has a huge game and you remember the big turnover, even though all superstars make mistakes but some just don't come back to bite them. he just seems playoff snakebit.
