    That was hilarious. Artest is a jerk but a clever guy too.

    He shouldn't get fined or suspended. He didn't break any rule. There's nothing that says if an opponent loses a shoe or anything you have to hand it to them, nothing to say you can't toss it off the court.

    The Rockets only have themselves to blame for not calling a time out. Ariza could have called a time-out.

    Artest is a jerk, but in this case, he will get away with what he did because there is no way to prove he did anything wrong. It was hilarious, give him credit and everyone can have a laugh.

    rofl.....but seriously that wasn't cool. At first i thought Artest through the shoe off the court, so that no one would get hurt. However, Ariza was reaching for the shoe, so Artest had no reason to do what he did.

    Oh well Lakers lost :cool:

    Artest should have got an assist in the dunk that resulted on the other side.
