[Video] Thomas Robinson's two big blocks in the 4th quarter vs. Mavericks 3/6/2013

I like that 3 Harden hit but he should have rewarded TRob for getting the block and reb by passing to him as he was cutting towards the basket. That would have been a sure-fire dunk by TRob and elevated his status a little more in the fans' eyes. Again, the 3 was huge and we needed it, but I've seen Harden pass up open cutters to the basket and play hero ball instead. That's one of my only knocks against him, other than his D.

 

I wouldn't want anyone passing up a WIDE OPEN 3. Not Delfino, not Parsons, not D-Mo, not lin, and most certainly not Harden.

 

Ok, I watched it again, and that screen set by TRob definitely gave Harden space, so in hindsight it would have been the better play, but I saw TRob had a step on Slowitzki and had a clear path to the basket. i'm sure he'll get his, but my point is that i have seen Harden ignore open cutters in favor of shooting the 3. He's just damn amazing and gets away with it.

 

If he keeps this up he def has a future in the NBA.... sick blocks--

 

Amazing blocks. Great athleticism and showed tenacity and hustle in the fourth. 6'8 as well so he would make a perfect 4th quarter Centre.

on the contrary to what many think I thought he was big tonight. He was playing very wlel which is why he got to play the 4th.

 

Better than Donatas, at least. 1 rebound for Donatas in 16 minutes. 4 in 27 minutes by Robinson.

But he's 6'8 so he can play centre. We can get Kyle Korver to be our PF next season.

 

How often did Trob play with Asik on the floor? Guy should get minutes, but not more than Asik and Dmo

His play was a bright spot for the night, since Mchale seemed to loose his mind tonight.

I like him playing backup center while Dmo is in the game with him.

 

Championships teams are built through midseason trades for lotto busts.

 

Thomas was a +3 in the 4th. Beverly was a 0 in the 4th.

 

That 2nd block was sick. Love a block once it's alreay in the air. Got it just before the apex. Nice hops.
