Howard has all the physical tools to do what Dream did. Dream was just more natural with his footwork (soccer might have had something to do with that).

If Howard can add a good number of post moves, he could easily average 25+/game... that's if the Magic would stop jacking up so many 3s.

Wow.. really impressed by how fast DHoward was picking up Dream's moves... not as smooth as Dream but he looked pretty good in the post... he's going to be a beast on the offensive end this year.

WOW, that was exciting to watch.

Love seeing Hakeem's moves and that he is passing it on to the next generation. Even in the game yesterday you saw the difference of Dwight in the post. He is much more comfortable and confident, its nice to watch.

I am interested to know whether Dwight has a chance to reach Hakeem's blocked shots record. I would have thought if Mutombo couldnt reach it then its pretty safe.

Suppose he plays 14 more seasons and doesn't miss a single game. He'd have to average 2.4 bpg over that span, which is higher than his career average of 2.1, to reach Hakeem.

    Very, very unlikely.

Dwight is a very likeable guy. He should have done this a lot longer and not wasted his time with Ewing.

Hakeem makes correct moves while Dwight travels all the ime. Hakeem does it faster being 25 years older, this makes you think about a pair of things. Everything he does goes natural for him, but not for Howard (nor Yao). How does he corrects their mistakes? How does he help Dwight to improve his coordination? I never get impressed by these videos, the best teacher is not neccesarily the best player. I think Yao has probably improved more working with C.Dawson or other personal training coaches than next to Hakeem.

If Olajuwon is Master Splinter and Dwight is Donatello, which TMNT character is Patrick Ewing?

If Dwight can keep up yesterday's pace during the season he is gonna be unstoppable. I always ragged on him for his lack of post moves but yesterday was the most impressed I've ever seen him.
