What were the Sixers complaining about?

You seem bitter. Why are you bitter? Relax and enjoy. He didn't make the move by himself. He was clearly responding to the defense and that was the move that felt most natural to him. Plus, it is a huge reason why he got the bucket.

I'm not bitter at all. I was wondering if it was a move to prevent being pick-pocketed by Holiday or if it's just a cute trick a la Clutch. I watched it like 15 times and was hoping there's a different angle of the play. I think you answered my question. Thanks.

What's the purpose of any highlights then? Let's just remove all highlights from Clutchfans, except Lin's. Amiright?

Cool. It was def. meaningful. I do know what you mean though. I think the early 2000's had a lot of useless, yet cool moves.

    not a double dribble.

it does look like he touched it with both hands but he did not.

he went behind the back through the legs then he dribbled it with his left hand.

    legal move.

Lol, uhh, he clearly didn't use both hands to dribble the ball at any point in the OP's video, but okay..

I think he very likely double dribbled (agree that it's not possible to tell for sure either way)

Whatever, great move though. Use of off arm was no more than is typical on a lot of drives in the NBA--almost never called without a lot more to it

I honestly can't tell even watching the replay, no way the refs call that live.

As for the push off, his arm was straight so its seen as gaining balance. try pushing someone with a straight arm, as compared to a bent elbow forearm, and notice how the former could barely push a 3 yo which is why it wouldn't be called very often.

Basketball 102: After the ball bounces, you can't touch it with both hands (or the same hand twice) before the next bounce. (Which he didn't)

Nope, the right hand doesn't even touch the ball:

You can even check by how the ball moves.

Ha! I was like him watching it. It's like hitting puberty in the Melvin Van Peebles' era. I keep hearing this Sweetback's song in the background whenever I watch Harden's funky moves.

Tough angle you can't really tell. Either way, great move.
