Good to see the great wall out of the boot and working out.

At 3:17 it looked like he was jumping (for him) pretty well on the foot.

I love it! Yao is working his arse off (along with Luis and Jermaine) and it is very impressive. This video should be sent to all the possible summer targets Morey has in his sights. If they think he's really goming to be back this coming season, maybe it'll be the nudge that gets the guy(s) we want. U2 and (much better!) Led Zep... rock on!

    Thanks for the video, dude!

    Go Yao!!

(what the hell... maybe there's some room here for optimism)

    Thanks for the vid.

The trainer looks like David Macha, wonder where's Anthony Falsone been to these days.

[Edit] Oh, nvm, just re-watched the video and figured I missed the caption in the first time. It's Falsone, not Macha.

Wish I could rep you, that was awesome to see. Great seeing Yao working out really hard 5 days a week. I have no idea what it takes for him to succeed on the court, but if he is working this hard all offseason I'd say he will be well and truly ready.

Even though Yao has broken down for the past few seasons, at least he has a fantastic work ethic. Hopefully this rubs off on his team mates (e.g. Jordan Hill) and they all progress well in the off season.

Here's to a great Rocket - Cheers *Raises shot glass to toast Yao*

I don't mind U2, but listening to U2 while working out is just absolutely brutal.

Good gawd! Now they just need to put a little gunpowder in his Cheerios to make him mean. He is going to be a beast.

Those power cleans make me cringe.

Is that a good idea? It looks like very high impact on his feet.

OTOH, if they are that confident maybe he is healing nicely.

Trevor in that picture is looking at Yao like, "I want to play on his team."

finally. a great sight for sore eyes. having him back changes the whole perspective of seasons to come.

that is one big dude, just my opinion but maybe his foot would have a better chance to play the season if he lost 30-40 lbs.
