    Game Changer?

Is the NBA wanting a MLB/FIFA-esque minor league system for teams -- that is, D-League with more NBA player-rights contracts. This will devastate the NCAA (and they deserve it), and might cause flocks of international kids coming here for development (like soccer in reverse).
