Brown has no future anyway, he's like 25/26, keeps chucking up and never scores...not sure why we play these kind of guys and keep Edwards on the bench, maybe he had some minor injury or something.

Let's say Melton, Qi, Edwards, PJ H, & Clark d 2 way player are kept.... With Rj Hunter using the other 2 way player but his defense sux, and only being able to have 2 two way players per season... It's going to leave two very interesting players like Duval & Deng as free agents. I give the slight edge in Deng but with a year of real coaching to Duval; he might turn into a decent player. But, Adel has the physical attributes and jump shot to become a rotation player in the future.

So does Morey. He jumped out of his seat and applauded.

ankle twist, I believe; however, for one, I just don't 'get' that SL is a good barometer ON THE COURT. Relationships, interpersonal, drills mebbe.

I think you find a way to give Duval a 2-way contract. I also think you have to drop Hunter, and find a taker for Onuaku.

Qi, Melton, Edwards, Clark and Hartenstien are locks. Add Duval to that and you've got an extremely talented Rockets G-League 6-man rotation.

Get rid of RJ and Markel, and sign Deng plus Duval to 2 way contracts.

Both Deng and Duval are projects but one is better known commodity. And you know how much Morey likes his assets.

Both better investments than Markel, RJ or Onuaku IMO. I actually believe they could be better than Edwards but Edwards is a 3-4 which is a huge need for Rockets. Plus he was a draft pick so likely valued more.

I would sign Deng and Duval to two way contracts. Hunter and Onuaku had their hands to showcase their value and worth and under exceeded expectations. I want to see Dude running with Cp3

I want to see Deng get 20 minutes against the Cavs. I'm very intrigued with him if we have something or not.

Slightly off topic but I sure wish the DLeague* would move to a full blown minor league farm system ala MLB. This would allow for expanded rosters and permit teams to use the farm system for rehab in addition to development.

*I know it is GLeague now but they should never have changed the name...

This. Deng seems like he has a high slceiling and can be that glue guy we lack. I like his energy and he can push the ball In transition bas d off what I’ve seen in Summer league thus far. Nobody but cp3 and harden can do that for us right now
