    Why not shoot for the moon with LeBron!

    Olajuwon, Drexler, Dwight, Harden, McHale, etc all at Midnight

    Rockets can really control next years free agent class. Show no interest in Melo he'd likely opt in and be a free agent next summer. Love will be unrestricted next summer, etc.

    At worst he hears a fantastic presentation, says no and opts in and next years free agent class becomes a hotbed of superstars

    The letting them know you'd want them here but hands off approach probably isn't the best for Lebron, but it's probably the best way for Melo (who seems to react negatively when people "invade his space"). Melo would probably want to punch Chandler in the face if he got the Dwight approach, rofl

    Dwight Howard does seem higher on playing with Melo than he is on playing with Lebron, probably wants to ensure that he stays the best player on the roster.

    Having a USA Today article posted weeks before those guys have to officially opt out or not is getting out there and letting them know that they would be welcome.

    I'm pretty sure it's only front office. Parsons talked about Dwight last year in his interviews a bit, about how great it would be to have him. And players are not banned from speaking to each other, while Morey wasn't even allowed to attend an e-sports event Dwight just happened to be at.

    He broke the story through Dwight's camp. He's unbiased and IMO comes second only to Woj when it comes to validity of his sources.
