True, but I have a feeling this series is going 6-7 games.

Pretty cool Altuve's first season was the first of the 3 consecutive 100-losses.

He *literally* - since he likes that word - will experience the franchise's most bottom AND most top.

If he can take this team from 100+ losses to 100+ wins AND a World Series title, he truly is the GOAT Astro.

All that matters is what Clutch thinks since this is his forum. It's not ok by him so it gets deleted.

So nervous for this series. They have the biggest payroll in baseball and are absolutely stacked. It’s going to take 4 miracles to beat them.

Anyone been to one of those viewing parties at Minute Maid Park? How are those?

This is going to be a tough series and I don't blame national pundits for favoring the Dodgers. They can hit, have great starters and a great bullpen. Given the Stros road troubles last series can't discount homefield advantage either. I have faith in this Stros team but they have to play in top form. Can't afford slumps from batters and the bullpen needs to play better.

Both of these teams really are awesome and pretty evenly matched.

Our offense is better, but not by much. Their starters are better, but not by much. Their bullpen is significantly better, and that's why the Dodgers would be the slight favorite if I were making the odds. They have home field, but Dodger Stadium isn't as hostile as New York, and it isn't as loud as MMP.

No result would surprise me, hopefully our offense wakes up and goes into one of it's hot stretches. If we can split one of the 2 in LA, it will be absolutely insane at MMP next Friday.

When and where will the Astros arrive in LA? I want to be there.

Kershaw-Hill-Darvish are LA starters for Game 1-3. Dodgers haven’t faced much adversity this postseason, so I think it’ll be key to put pressure on them early and get them out of current comfort zone. I’m hoping for an offensive awakening from guys like Springer, Marwin, Reddick. That would go a long way to stealing thunder from Dodgers.

Pretty sure that's them leaving Houston. Would explain why Keuchel is getting on a plane.

And we swept them that series... that was the last time we played each other. Their roster wasn't that different either IIRC.

MLB Radio giving the Astros respect.

Playoff Kershaw is, "no Keuchel or Verlander."

    He's not McCullers either.

Astros could have the Top 3 starters this series.
