I like our chances vs the Yankees way more than the Indians.

    Can’t wait.

Obviously a yankee fan and can’t believe this improbable run. We were not supposed to be a playoff team, in the middle of a semi rebuild.

A lot of fun, but this is where it probably ends. Astros are a significantly better team but this is cool. I’ll catch a game or two live. Minute Maid is a lot of fun especially in big games.

If anyone is going to knock out my yankees I’ll be cool with it being the Astros. Enjoy the series guys!

Indians blow a 3-1 lead to win WS then comeback to blow a 2-0 lead in division series. That city should thank God for Lebon. But as far as the ALCS..... Sweeeeeeep!!!

The Astros couldn't have asked for a better scenario to reach the World Series. They get home field advantage, their opponent is coming off a hard fought 5 games series with only 1 day of rest, and the Yankees are an easier matchup.

They've lost 6 straight games in which they could've eliminated the other team. That's nuts.

The Yankees are good enough to win but I feel confident that we got this. Keuchel has owned them and Verlander in game 2 in front of a raucous crowd should get us off to a good start. It'll be interesting to see how Hinch changes the roster, if at all, and how he handles the rotation. The Yankees got through last night w/o having to burn anyone extra from their rotation. Just need to keep playing confident and minimize the mistakes.

The Astros were the best team in the AL for a large majority of the season. Time to prove why.

I remember all those years where Yankees fans vividly complained about wild card teams shouldn't be deserving enough to be in the same playoffs as them...

Dude, just be a good fan and root for the Astros. Can't we all just enjoy this ALCS matchup?

I made the thread yesterdays with good intentions. I got flamed and it got deleted.

Hopefully this one isnt disrespected by fake fans like my thread was.

I think a lot of y'all are being way too light on the Yankees. They are a good team, that can flash lights out starting pitching, has a dominant bullpen, and have a bunch of hitters that can get hot. With all that being said, we've had the honor and privilege of watching the Astros all season, and if we play like we can, then I am hopeful that we can win this series. Astros in 6, go Astros!!!

Remember Derek Jeter night from a couple months ago? I expect more or less the same scenario here. The commentators jerking off to the Yankees and our bats go out there and put on a clinic. Go Astros!
