@don grahamleone Woj tweeted , "@united No WiFi or Power on a cross-country flight. I guess I'll just write letters instead, and mail them when I land." sounded like a joke about snail mail. United response: "Sorry, Adrian, what flight are you on. We will check on the issue right away." Woj: "Thanks, I'll be ok. Just give the guy in Row 8 some more pretzels."
I also think the United tweeter guy missed the golden opportunity to get fired with a Mic Drop tweet ... "Sorry, we turned it off for fear of Wojbombs going on in the flight."
