Over the past 3 seasons he has played 462 minutes combined. At the trade deadline last season I was stunned to see he was still in the league, and that he has never left the Heat. He gets paid to be Udonis Haslem, good for him.

Haslem took a MAJOR pay cut in 2010 after LeBron and Bosh deals, so Heat definitely owes him. "Haslem, a power forward, signed a five-year deal worth about $20 million, roughly $14 million less than he could have received if he accepted more lucrative offers from Dallas and Denver."
That Miami retirement plan is a nice set-up to have if you can swing it. I literally had no idea Haslem was still in the league......I assumed he was on the coaching staff or something.
I respect the Heat's culture of taking care of their players. Lakers must've imprinted that on Riley.
