I tried to post the list of companies who have announced they are giving bonuses and or raises as a result of the new tax reform. Click on the link below for the list, it’s massive.

What data proves this? Norquist is an ideologue

Did you click on the link? It’s a list that links to the individual press releases. It’s absolutely legit unless you think those companies are lying.

I'm not saying they are lying, but they are spending a small fraction of their savings, which they could have afforded before this tax cut as money to convince you not to vote to repeal in 4 years.

The list is not I lie. I work in the airline industry and the company I work for is on the list. And just so you know I’m not in a union it it wasn’t previously negotiated.

People have gotten year-end and Christmas bonuses for decades. That isn't something that only started happening after this tax bill.

Explain to me why the company I work for has never given us a year end bonus but did this year and only anounced it as a result of the tax plan. Your reaching for straws. These were not planned year end bonuses and raises.

Hard to say without knowing what kind of company yours is and why they didn't give them in the past. But businesses have a vested interest in pleasing Trump any way they can. So ATT for instance had to give a bonus as part of a Union negotiation in early dec. But to gain favor from Trump they claimed it was because of his tax bill.

How do you know they weren't? Companies have been increasing wages as unemployment had declined.

Question: I wonder how much they(employees) got in bonuses relative to how each of those companies made off of the tax breaks?

You’re basing your stance on a conspiracy theory.

The company I work for is on that list and we have never received a bonus at this time of the year and since we are non-union it certainly wasn’t negotiated.

You should want the company you work for to make lots of money. Believe it or not companies are in the business to make money and the more money they make the more job security and better pay and binefits for their employees.

Not at the cost of the american tax payers to the tune of over a trillion dollars. I thought you conservatives cared about the deficit. As I recall the last president that was fiscally responsible was a democrat.

Where is the press release? Since most airlines are public companies it shouldn't be too tough to investigate your contention.
