Now up to 44 states that won't provide complete voter lists to Trump/Kobach for ridiculous and expensive Trump plan to prove he won more popular votes than Clinton. Probably won't see any more tweets blaming "Dem states"... wonder how long it will take for Trump to point finger of blame at Kobach? ... and I keep asking the question, how much will this ridiculous effort to salve Trump's ego cost American taxpayers?
... and just like that, the election panel puts the voter roll request on "hold". This after most states rejected the request for complete voter lists, a lawsuit filed by theACLU and a hold requested by EPIC. SMH, what a huge waste and typical Trump screw up... Heard on PBS NH the other day that the only part of the election system the Russians touched was the voter registration system.
In the latest series of what could have gone wrong... White House releases sensitive personal information of voters worried about their sensitive personal information The White House on Thursday made public a trove of emails it received from voters offering comment on its Election Integrity Commission. The commission drew widespread criticism when it emerged into public view by asking for personal information, including addresses, partial social security numbers and party affiliation, on every voter in the country. Unfortunately for these voters and others who wrote in, the Trump administration did not redact any of their personal information from the emails before releasing them to the public. In some cases, the emails contain not only names, but email addresses, home addresses, phone numbers and places of employment of people worried about such information being made available to the public.
This is the guy Trump has heading up the voter's fraud stuff... and he himself is under investigation of voting rights misconduct. Kansas agency to investigate allegations of misconduct against Kobach http://www.kansascity.com/news/politics-government/article161816973.html

Layer upon layer of liars and crooks and thieves. #MAGA. And I dislike this thread title very much. This is no diversion -- this is an obvious attempt to rig our democracy to desired outcomes, to move us closer to DPRK style elections than a true democracy. "We'll decide who can vote and see how that turns out for everyone. Heh."
Trump is trying to use this to pass laws that will guarantee he wins elections. This guy really is a threat to democracy. Our right wing friends might not like living under Dictator Trump.
So... how many American tax payer dollars is being wasted on this insane Trump ego/fantasy? The that says the commission doesn't have a clue IS ON THE COMMISSION. But as a refresher, Kobach's state did have election problems of a very different kind... Wisconsin’s Voter-ID Law Suppressed 200,000 Votes in 2016 (Trump Won by 22,748) https://www.thenation.com/article/w...w-suppressed-200000-votes-trump-won-by-23000/
The end game is to rig election toward GOP. It's has been no secret and I bet you see an acceleration of it as 2020 approach. There is no shame in winning by cheating.
Trump talks about the nearly 5,000,000 illegal votes for Hillary. We expect such an assertion from Trump the lying scum. Naturally my relatives in Iowa will believe it. I could bring those relatives to Houston and show how cautiously many Latinos drive, how they stay near the speed limit, stop far back from the white line at a red light when they're the first car in line (too far back; still figuring this one out). Go to Mexico City and watch them behind a wheel believing they should have been Formula 1 drivers. Here? Do....not....attract.....police..........attention. And you want to say they're voting illegally?
