It really is no surprise that under Trump America is losing its leadership role in the world. We no longer are leaders in innovation of alternative energy, We certainly are no longer leaders in working towards peace in the middle east. Other countries are just moving on since Trump has had America withdraw from leadership roles. The two Koreas are going to have their own diplomatic relations for the first time in years. Other American allies have announced they will continue to honor the Iran treaty despite Trump's blustering. Our position as world leaders has fallen dramatically in a very short amount of time.
Apparently Scott Priutt is being floated as the guy who inevitably will be nominated to take over Jeff Sessions' job at AG. Yes... the guy who destroyed the EPA will likely be nominated to run out countries law enforcement. Sounds like a terrific idea, and I'm sure he won't get asked for a loyalty pledge, and will run the Mueller investigation with the utmost integrity.
